Robert Last - Managing Director: Senior Solicitor
Robert is the founder of Caversham Solicitors and specialises in employment law and litigation. Robert has
practiced law in Caversham for 15 years, and prior to that had many years of experience in business, so he
is able to provide very practical advice to those running or starting up a business. Robert is married with two
children and seven grandchildren and is the creator of the caring and friendly client focus of Caversham
Solicitors.
Rebecca Williams - Director: Solicitor
Rebecca qualified as a solicitor in 2000 having completed her legal studies at the University of Wales after
obtaining her LLB there. She practiced in Wales for a number of years before moving to the locality.
Rebecca specialises in family law and is a member of resolution.
Kelly Chandler - Solicitor
Kelly qualified as a solicitor in 2013 having completed her Training Contract with us here at Caversham
Solicitors Limited. She joins our Private Client Department and deals with Will preparation, Estate
Administration, preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney, registering Enduring Powers of Attorney
and Court of Protection matters. Kelly is a member of the Private Client Section of the Law Society.
Rachel Simpson - Solicitor
Rachel qualified as a solicitor in 1998 having completed her BA Hons degree at the University of Warwick and
her CPE and LPC at the University of Central England. She practised in Northampton and London before joining
Caversham Solicitors Limited. Rachel specialises in civil litigation such as disputes between both individuals and
businesses. Rachel is married with a son and a daughter.
Priya Sharma - Solicitor
Priya qualified in October 2014 having completed her training contract with Caversham Solicitors. She has joined
Kelly in the Private Client team and deals with preparation of Wills, Estate Administration, preparing and registering
Lasting Powers of Attorney, registering Enduring Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters.
Priya is a Student Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
