Caversham Library is a Carnegie building which opened in 1907. It is a busy branch library situated in the heart of Caversham. It has a very distinctive clock tower. We have fiction and non-fiction books for both adults and children, spoken word cassettes for adults and children, music CDs, DVDs, large print books, books in other languages including French, German, Gujarati, Hindi, Spanish and Urdu, national and local newspapers, magazines including Time, New Scientist & DVD Review, free Internet access - 4 public terminals (3 self-service and 1 bookable), access to the library catalogue, photocopier, fax, study space and we sell greetings cards, postcards and stamps.
