Local charity East-West Kids-Connect offers a range of holistic preventative education services, which benefit the mental health and well-being of children, young people and families, through training in meditation and mindfulness techniques. The practical sessions help to manage distractions, attachments, stress, anxiety, anger, depression, low self-esteem, pain, addictions and behaviour. We offer sessions for families with children from 5 years of age at Church House on Saturday's at the following time:

Every Saturday between 4-30pm - 5-30pm during school terms

Starting on Saturday 6th January 2018

To book a place please complete and return an attached registration form for each person attending.

We suggest a donation of £6 towards costs.
