FREE Mindfulness Sessions for Families in Caversham

 “A fusion of East and West cultures benefits Families”

Local charity East-West Kids-Connect offers a range of holistic preventative education services, which benefit the mental health and well-being of children, young people and families, through training in meditation and mindfulness techniques.

The practical sessions help manage distractions, attachments, stress, anxiety, anger, depression and addictions. Other benefits include improved listening skills, concentration, behaviour and ability to relax and sleep. Meditation also unites all faiths and non-faiths alike.

The charity is offering a series of free weekly sessions for families, which are ideal for low-income parents with children from 5 years of age in Caversham.
